fire sprinkler heads that may affect your home. Certain
models of Tyco fire sprinklers have been recalled as they will not
operate properly in low water pressure or other situations during a
fire. Free replacements are available, please review this website to see if you
are affected.

There has been an increase in car prowls in the neighbhorhood over the last year. Please help your neighbors and yourself, keep an eye out for suspicious activity and report it to the Newcastle Police Department (call 911).

HOA Annual Meeting!
Due to a lack of a quorum at the February 24, 2009, we are having another meeting on Tuesday April 21, 2009 at Bellevue Fire Station #9. If you cannot attend, please provide your proxy to a neighbor who is attending or a board member. Please see this letter sent to homeowners outlining matters that need attention at this meeting including the adoption of a final landscape design for the MVP entrance.Documents
Want to change your house or landscaping? Please see the CC&Rs and Addendums and fill out the Meadowview Park Change Request. This is required for all changes.

Landscape Upgrades
The HOA has recently hired a landscape architect to provide a design
for the neighborhood entrance. A copy of the contemplated master
plan is attached here.
Comments or concerns with the plan should be submitted to Mitch
Nudelman [ vp (at) meadowviewpark (dot) org ] by April 1, 2009.
