There is a nation wide recall of  fire sprinkler heads that may affect your home.  Certain models of Tyco fire sprinklers have been recalled as they will not operate properly in low water pressure or other situations during a fire.  Free replacements are available, please review this website to see if you are affected.

Attention!!
There has been an increase in car prowls in the neighbhorhood over the last year.  Please help your neighbors and yourself, keep an eye out for suspicious activity and report it to the Newcastle Police Department (call 911).

Mailbox stands:

The BOD and ACC have been hard at work designing the new mailbox stands.  Roger Hockett has contributated significant time to the project and has povided a great image of what the current proposed stands and boxes will look like.  Click here it see the image.  Please note that colors are not chosen yet, this is just a representation for design purposes.

Want to change your house or landscaping?  Please see the CC&Rs and Addendums and fill out the  Meadowview Park Change Request.  This is required for all changes.
